You may be wondering where "nodramaturg" comes from. It's a nod to my love of the arts, coupled with my desire to play the role of a dramaturg -- asking great questions, serving as a curious and honest observer, acting as a resource, and providing support -- for individuals and organizations. The addition of "no" reflects my desire to cut through the drama to get to the core of things. :)
